Lead Remediation Technician

Description

Tired of remediation companies that only need you when disaster hits?

We are building something different.

We want a skilled remediation-minded technician who understands water damage, containment, demo, drying, and rebuilds — but who can also stay productive and valuable between mitigation projects.

This is steady, long-term work with a company that already has the volume.

No chasing leads.

No wondering when the next job is coming.
No sitting at home waiting for floods.

We have over 1,200 apartment units and constant maintenance, repair, plumbing, drywall, paint, and rebuild work flowing every week.

  • Paint/Drywall: Drywall repair and finishing, texture matching, patch/blend work, priming, and clean final painting

Candidates rise to the top if they ALSO have experience/certifications in additional areas such as:

  • IICRC certifications
  • Selective demolition
  • Framing repairs
  • Stucco patching

  • Additional trade or rebuild skills

Technicians with BOTH strong paint/drywall skills AND plumbing ability are especially valuable to our operation.
