SERVPRO is seeking a motivated, dependable, and experienced Certified Water Mitigation & Mold Remediation Technician to join our growing restoration team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, provides outstanding customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment helping customers recover from water, mold, fire, and storm damage.

Responsibilities

Perform emergency water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and mitigation services.
Conduct moisture inspections using industry-standard meters and thermal imaging equipment.
Set up, monitor, and document drying equipment in accordance with IICRC S500 standards.
Perform mold remediation in accordance with IICRC S520 guidelines and company protocols.
Complete daily moisture readings, equipment logs, and job documentation using company software.
Communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and project managers.
Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and inventory.
Participate in an on-call emergency rotation for after-hours and weekend response.
Qualifications
IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification required
IICRC Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) Certification required
ASD certification preferred
Minimum 2 years of water mitigation experience
Experience with Xactimate and moisture mapping is preferred
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in physically demanding environments
Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
