We're growing! Tiki boat captains needed for Cruisin' Tikis Miami! Looking for fun and responsible LICENSED charter boat captains with a great sense of customer service to join our team! We’ve got a shift that can work for you! Check us out at CruisintikisMiami.com
- 60, 90 & 120 minute charters leave from Bayside Marketplace (located by the Hard Rock). We open at 6:30am with our Sunrise Charter and close with our City Skyline Charter, returning to the dock at 11:45pm. We've got a shift for you! Compensation is by the trip, plus tip. Please reach out and tell us about you.. If possible send a resume for consideration. We're looking for 2 more Captains ASAP to complete our team and possible management opportunities! - Welcome guests
- Occasionally help with the reservations, take payments and have them sign the waiver
- Deliver a 5 star service to our clientele
- Sail around Star Island and The Miami River, entertain the guests and provide local insights
- Maintain the boats in their best condition
- Clean the boat after each trip
- Make sure the boats meet all coast guard requirements
- Check the boats upon return and report any issues to the manager
- Take Instagram worthy pictures
- Maintain supplies for the charters
- Fuel the boat when needed
- Like to smile & make money
- You have a valid USGC OUPV Captain license (Six Pack minimum)
- You’re focused on safety and reliable with a great sense of honesty
- Preferably with a good knowledge of Biscayne Bay
- You have great communication skills
- English is your first language, a second language would be a plus
- Your schedule is flexible, you are available on weekends and weekdays
- You like having your pictures taken. (You’re about to work on the most photographed boats on the water!)
