Civil Cad Operator/Technician (full-time or part-time)

We are seeking an experienced civil CAD operator/ Technician to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with project managers and engineers to drop precise, high-quality civil engineering and land development drawings.

HOURS & COMPENSATION

Pay rate: $25-$35 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Flexibility: Full time or part-time options are available
Attire: casual/relaxed office attire

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Utilize AutoCAD/ Civil 3D Software to create detailed, to scale drawings for land development comment infrastructure, and site planning projects

Translate engineer markups, sketches, and notes into completed 2D layouts and technical drawings

Verify dimensions, layouts, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with project standards

Make necessary modifications and updates to existing plan sets based on project feedback
Maintain clean, organize digital project files and drawing archives

REQUIREMENTS

Must have at least 3+ years of professional civil CAD drafting experience

High proficiency with AutoCAD (Experience with Civil 3D is a major plus)

Excellent English communication skills verbal and written to collaborate effectively with the engineering team

Strong spatial reasoning, geometry skills, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage projects drafting deadlines reliably.
