Civil Construction: Field Superintendent/PM

Job description:

Working directly with clients on forecasting upcoming projects and completion date goals.
Involvement with multiple Foremen in the field on the day-to-day operations.
Scheduling crews every day for next-day operations
Traveling daily to project sites within the PG&E territory
Working with PM/PE on schedules, submittals and job packets.
Overseeing the ordering of materials needed & pre-planning for upcoming projects starts.
Overseeing the equipment needed to complete the project task
Going over the projects with the estimator before the hand off to the foreman
Reviewing projects with owners and estimator on profit and loss after completion.
Involved in project Billings and COs.
Creating a safe & efficient work environment for overall employee safety and company efficiency.
Working with Safety Management to make sure USA are all up to date and in good order
Going to onsite meeting with Clients & project foreman as needed to keep projects on task, on time and working safely.
