About the Role
We are seeking a Civil Superintendent to oversee and coordinate civil construction activities on site. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards, while managing subcontractors, resources, and site operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil site activities and ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and approved drawings.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and site quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Surveyors, and subcontractors to maintain smooth site operations.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, equipment, and material usage to achieve schedule targets.
• Review and verify work quality (concrete works, earthworks, foundations, drainage, etc.).
• Conduct site inspections and ensure corrective actions are taken for any deviations.
• Maintain site documentation including daily reports, progress updates, checklists, and material/testing records.
• Support procurement planning for site requirements and assist in resolving technical issues on site.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Civil Superintendent / Site Supervisor / Construction Superintendent (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, quality control, and safety practices.
• Proven ability to read drawings, technical specifications, and method statements.
• Good communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and contractors.
• Familiarity with relevant standards and documentation procedures.
