Are you a skilled and experienced Sub Contractor or Trade Person with expertise in various aspects of construction work? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are a Class A contractor, fully licensed, bonded, and insured, currently working on a large-scale renovation project in Richmond. We are in need of reliable and experienced Sub Contractors or Trade Persons to join our team for this project.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: Demo, Framing, Carpentry, Drywall, Painting, Installing Siding, Roofing, etc.

Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Reliable transportation and necessary tools/equipment

Responsibilities:

Complete assigned scope of work according to project specifications and timeline

Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless integration with other construction tasks

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines

Please note that all materials will be purchased, so only labor is needed for this project.
