Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Master Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of classic vehicles while ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards. This position requires advanced mechanical knowledge, strong troubleshooting abilities, and leadership experience in a fast-paced shop environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on engines
- Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose drivability, electrical, and performance issues using diagnostic equipment
- Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation
- Minimum 5+ years of mechanical repair experience
- ASE Master Technician certification preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic reports
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying shop or field conditions
