Description
Sole Proprietor General California Licensed Contractor company, 20+ years, seeks to add new employees to the team. We do all aspects of residential construction. You must have transportation as we work generally in the Oakland-Berkeley Hills, 5-10 years + experience. Being honest, and working well with others is a must. Must have strong English speaking ability, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Seeking full and part-time construction workers. All applicants with a proven track record, passionate, results-oriented and trained will be considered. Advancement opportunities available to a worthy candidate-e.g. project manager.
Your skill set must include:
Demo, plumbing, electrical, tile/flooring install, cabinetry installation, sheetrock, framing, painting.
Basically, you must have a grasp of the basic trades.
