Cleaning Technician

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented Technicians to join our team.

Our Technicians must be reliable, professional, trustworthy, and have strong attention to detail.

This position includes:

Residential and commercial air duct cleaning following NADCA standards
Residential and commercial carpet cleaning using hot water extraction and other professional cleaning methods
Commercial kitchen exhaust and hood cleaning following NFPA 96 standards
Training is provided. Prior cleaning, restoration, HVAC, or related experience is a plus.

Schedule:

Full-time and part-time positions available

Schedules may include days, evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends based on customer and project needs

Pay:

Starting pay: $19-$23 per hour, based on experience

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and driving record acceptable to company insurance requirements
Ability to safely lift 50 lb or more and perform physically demanding work
Comfortable working on ladders and operating professional cleaning equipment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Professional attitude and appearance
Reliable and able to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
