We’re a family-owned and operated millwork company in Windham, NH, looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Programmer to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, hands-on environment where quality craftsmanship and teamwork are valued every day.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret shop drawings, processing them into component parts

Work with lasers and templates to create CAD forms

Generate CNC programs to produce precision parts for assembly

Oversee CNC operations and maintain machinery

Troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions

Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure production goals are met

Qualifications:

Experience in CNC programming and CAD/CAM software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Problem-solving mindset and mechanical aptitude
