CNC Programmer – Direct Hire Opportunity (Cross Plains, WI)

$23–$33/hr+ DOE | Full-Time | 4-Day Work Week

We are recruiting for a CNC Programmer opportunity with a well-established custom manufacturing company that designs and produces high-quality plastic packaging solutions for the food, retail, and medical industries.

This is a direct-hire, onsite position in Cross Plains, WI offering strong long-term stability, growth opportunities, and an excellent workplace culture.

Compensation & Benefits:

$23–$33/hour or more DOE
$1.50/hr 2nd shift differential
$2.00/hr 3rd shift differential
Additional vacation accrual for off-shift employees

Key Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines

Work on one-off aluminum molds in a high-mix, low-volume environment
Read blueprints and machine complex parts
Troubleshoot and improve machining processes
Maintain high-quality production standards

What We’re Looking For:

CNC machining experience (programming is a plus)

Strong mechanical aptitude
CNC mill experience (mills preferred over lathes)
Experience with Fanuc controls and MasterCAM preferred
Ability to work independently and grow within the role

For highly experienced candidates, 5-axis programming, setup, and complex machining experience is highly valued.
