CNC Programmer / Machinist – Mastercam – 3/4/5 Axis – Day Shift

Tridecs Corporation is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist proficient in Mastercam and capable of programming and setting up 3, 4, and 5axis CNC machines. We are a defense/aerospace precision machine shop with a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and technical excellence.

Responsibilities:

Program in Mastercam for complex multi‑axis work

Set up and prove out jobs on 3/4/5 axis CNC mills

Optimize toolpaths, speeds/feeds, and machining strategies

Work closely with QC to maintain tight tolerances

Support continuous improvement and efficient workflow

Requirements:

Strong Mastercam programming experience

Multi‑axis setup experience required

Ability to read and interpret aerospace/defense prints

Solid understanding of tooling, workholding, and machining fundamentals
