CNC Programmer & Operator – Cabinetry & Millwork

Job Summary

Rose Custom Cabinets is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer & Operator to join our team. We specialize in high-end custom cabinetry and architectural millwork

Responsibilities

Program and operate CNC router for custom cabinetry and millwork
Read and interpret shop drawings and plans
Create and modify CNC programs for production
Set up tooling, materials, and machine parameters
Load, run, and monitor CNC jobs
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
Troubleshoot programming and machining issues
Perform basic CNC maintenance and keep work area organized
Work closely with our engineering and production teams
Qualifications

CNC programming and operating experience required

Cabinetry, millwork, or woodworking experience strongly preferred
Ability to read shop drawings and understand cabinet construction
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
V-Carve and/or Mozaik experience is a plus
Dependable and able to work independently
