CNC Set‑Up / Operator – Top Pay for Top Skill (Rio Rancho)

Rio Rancho firm is seeking a true HAAS / CNC professional — someone who can set up, run, and troubleshoot with precision and pride. If you know your tooling, offsets, and tolerances cold, you’ll be rewarded accordingly. You can start as early as tonight.

This is NOT a basic operator job. If you only load parts and press green buttons, do not apply.

What you’ll do: Set up and operate CNC mills (Haas VF‑series experience preferred) and or Lathes.

Read and interpret prints and GD&T, Optimize tooling and process flow for efficiency, Maintain tight tolerances and clean work habits. Ability to program basic parts using Mastercam or Fusion desired.
