CNC Shop Helper / Machinist Trainee – Will Train No experience require

Pay: $16 to $18 per hour DOE. Full-time. Looking for a reliable, mechanically-inclined person who wants to build a career in precision machining. No CNC experience required. Just strong work ethic and willingness to learn. You'll learn. CNC lathe operation, deburring, precision inspection with calipers and micrometers, tool changes, and ultimately machine setup and G-code programming on Fanuc-controlled Miyano and Citizen Swiss lathes. Requirements, reliable transportation, good attendance, mechanically inclined, able to lift 50 pounds, high school diploma or equivalent. Manufacturing, auto, construction, welding, or maintenance a plus. We offer stable, full-time work, hands-on training, and regular pay reviews as your skills grow.
