Coax & Fiber Installation Technicians 1099 Contractors

Join our growing team providing residential and commercial coax and fiber services.
We’re seeking motivated technicians who work independently, take pride in their work, and deliver excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do

• Install, activate, and test coax and fiber services.
• Troubleshoot issues, complete repairs and upgrades, and replace equipment.
• Perform signal quality testing and network verification.
• Educate customers on equipment and services.
• Complete work orders, documentation, and closeout procedures.
• Follow safety standards, maintain a professional appearance, and represent the company positively.

What You’ll Need

• Cable, broadband, fiber, or telecommunications experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Your own reliable work vehicle suitable for ladder transport, installation and testing tools, and smartphone or tablet.
• Required business licenses and insurance, plus responsibility for your own business expenses.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass driving record and background checks.
• Ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 90 lbs.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Fiber splicing, testing, and aerial or underground installation experience are a plus.
