### HVAC INTERN / APPRENTICE HELPER

**Are you currently learning the HVAC trade but need more hands-on experience?**

**Coefficient Mechanical** is looking for a motivated **HVAC Intern / Apprentice Helper** who wants to gain real-world experience and continue developing their skills in the HVAC industry.

We understand that getting started in the trades can be difficult when employers want experience before giving you an opportunity. **We're looking for someone who is willing to learn, work hard, and grow with our team.**

### 🔧 What You'll Have the Opportunity to Learn:

• Hands-on experience with HVAC systems
• Installation and replacement
• Preventative maintenance
• Troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Heating and air conditioning systems
• Heat pumps and energy-efficient equipment
• Ductless/mini-split systems
• Indoor air quality equipment
• Basic tools, equipment, and job-site practices
• Proper safety procedures and professional customer service

### 👷 We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Is currently attending HVAC/trade school or recently completed training
• Has a genuine interest in building a career in HVAC
• Needs additional hands-on experience
• Is dependable and willing to learn
• Has a strong work ethic
• Can follow instructions and safety procedures
• Takes pride in their work
• Is interested in growing within the HVAC industry

**Previous HVAC experience is helpful, but we're willing to work with someone who is still developing their skills.**
