NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED COLLISION ESTIMATOR

Location: Delray Beach, Florida | Full-Time Position
Must Have Extensive Experience With Allstate & State Farm Insurance Procedures
We are an established, high-volume collision repair facility in Delray Beach, Florida, seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Collision Repair Estimator to join our team.
THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION.
We are specifically looking for a professional who understands the estimating requirements, claims processes, documentation standards, and supplement procedures associated with Allstate and State Farm.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an automotive collision repair estimator.
Strong working knowledge of Allstate and State Farm estimating guidelines, claims procedures, and supplement processes.
Proficiency with CCC ONE estimating software preferred.
Ability to write thorough, accurate estimates that reflect proper OEM repair procedures.
Experience preparing, submitting, negotiating, and following up on insurance supplements.
Strong understanding of structural repairs, refinishing operations, parts procedures, and labor requirements.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with insurance adjusters.
Highly organized, accountable, and capable of managing multiple repair files.
Strong communication skills with customers, technicians, and production management.
Responsibilities
Prepare complete and accurate collision repair estimates.
Manage insurance claims and supplements from initial estimate through final approval.
Ensure all necessary repair operations are properly documented and supported.
Work closely with technicians, parts management, and production to minimize delays.
Maintain consistent follow-up with insurance companies.
Identify missed operations and documentation issues before they impact production.
Help maximize legitimate repair reimbursement while ensuring safe, manufacturer-compliant repairs.
