Precast Concrete Laborers - Full-Time - ENTRY LEVEL $25/hr
NON UNION

We are hiring dependable, hardworking Precast Concrete Laborers to join our team. Experience in precast concrete, concrete finishing, form setting, or general construction is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and clean concrete forms
• Pour, finish, and strip precast concrete products
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Assist with production, material handling, and quality control
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Construction or concrete experience preferred
• OSHA 10 / 30 (preferred)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
