Commercial Cabinet & Millwork Installer — $30+,DOE

Indwell is hiring an experienced installer for commercial cabinets, countertops, and architectural millwork. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, manages their time well, and can carry an installation from start to finish.

Responsibilities

-Install commercial cabinets, architectural millwork, and countertops, according to shop drawings and project requirements.
-Read and interpret drawings, field dimensions, and written or verbal instructions.
-Inspect your work, identify issues, and communicate what’s needed to keep the job moving.
-Coordinate with superintendents, other trades, and our office team.
-Manage your time to meet project schedules while maintaining quality.
-Keep tools, materials, and the installation area clean and organized.

Qualifications

-At least 3 years of recent commercial cabinet and millwork installation experience.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.
-Ability to read, understand, and discuss millwork shop drawings.
-Your own reliable installation tools.
-A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
-Ability to perform the physical work of installation, including lifting and positioning materials with appropriate assistance, bending, kneeling, and working on ladders.
