Commercial Carpet Cleaning Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. This position focuses exclusively on commercial properties, including hotels, casinos, office buildings, convention centers, and other large facilities. Candidates must have experience operating both truck-mounted and portable extraction equipment and be comfortable working overnight and after-hours to minimize disruption to clients.
Swing and graveyard shift availability is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
-Perform commercial carpet cleaning using truck-mounted and portable extraction equipment
-Clean carpet in hotels, casinos, office buildings, convention centers, and other commercial facilities
-Pre-treat heavily soiled areas and perform stain removal as needed
-Move and protect furniture and equipment when necessary
-Set up, operate, and maintain carpet cleaning equipment
-Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
-Inspect work to ensure customer satisfaction
-Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
-Complete job documentation and communicate effectively with supervisors
-Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean working condition

Qualifications
-Minimum of 2 years of commercial carpet cleaning experience preferred
-Experience operating both truck-mounted and portable extractors is required
-Knowledge of commercial carpet cleaning techniques and spotting procedures
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
-Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physically demanding work
-Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Must be authorized to work in the United States

Schedule
-Full-time
-Commercial work performed primarily during evenings, nights, and weekends
-Swing and graveyard shift availability required
-Overtime opportunities available

Pay & Benefits
-$18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
