Pickett Construction, Inc is seeking an immediate hire, experienced Interior Commercial Foreman to join our growing commercial division.
We’re looking for someone dependable, organized, and capable of leading projects and crews in the field.
Position Details:

• Pay: $25–$30/hour (based on experience)
• Typical Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Some after-hours/weekend work may be required as needed
• Work located throughout the Jacksonville area

Requirements:

• Commercial construction experience preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and jobsite operations
