General contractor seeking experienced and seasoned project managers
Plan reading and direction a must
Plan takeoffs, sub contractor purchasing and day to day jobsite management.
Able to be literate on the computer and capable to write scopes of work, change orders and % of completion for proper invoicing per project
Must have transportation
Must be a US Citizen
At least 5+ years experience in interior tenant upfits and small core shell structures from the ground up
We are not looking for handymen - must have professional skills and sound experience in competent client communications
