Field Technician / Foreman (Night Shift)
Compensation: $18–$35 per hour, DOE
Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Work primarily performed inside restaurants during night shifts
Galaxy Builders is a general contractor specializing in service calls, repairs and remodels for restaurant facilities.
We are currently seeking multi-skilled tradespeople to join our growing team in the position of Field Technician or Foreman.
This is a full-time, night-shift position for individuals with strong commercial building maintenance experience and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
*We also offer training for qualified candidates who are interested in learning valuable technical skills and growing with our company.
Our schedule is based on the fluctuating hours of operation between various concepts such as Starbucks, Olive Garden, Rubio's Coastal Grill etc.
Scheduling is done daily based on each crew members skill sets and the limitation of "after-hours" time to complete repairs/projects.

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial building maintenance for lead tech and foreman
(Entry level or mid level experience will be considered)
- Certifications such as forklift, scissor lift, or boom lift are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clean driving record
- Must provide your own general tools of the trade

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general construction and maintenance tasks
- Tile installation, re-grouting, and epoxy grout work (Laticrete experience a plus)
- Painting, drywall repair, silicone application
- Cabinet repairs and installations
- FRP and stainless panel installation
- Doors, hardware and jamb repairs or installs
*Steel stud and conventional framing
*Solid Surface, Laminate & Stainless Countertops
*Acoustic Ceiling repairs or installs
*Minor Plumbing and Electrical (D.O.E)
- Equipment change-outs
- Complete service tickets accurately and on time
- Read and follow written instructions
- Use mobile devices for navigation, email, and text communication
