Commercial Construction Superintendent – $110K–$160K + Truck

Cliff Thorn Construction is looking for an experienced Commercial Superintendent for projects in the Everett, WA and Puget Sound area.

We are a growing commercial general contractor with projects throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. We are looking for a Superintendent who can run commercial job sites, manage subcontractors, maintain schedules, and deliver a high-quality project.

What you’ll be doing:

Run day-to-day job site operations

Schedule and coordinate subcontractors
Maintain safety on site
Work with the Project Manager to keep the project on schedule and budget
Read plans and manage project schedule
Daily reports and site documentation
Maintain quality control

What we’re looking for:

5+ years commercial construction superintendent experience
Ability to run a commercial job site
Can read plans and manage schedule
Good with subcontractors and communication
Valid driver’s license

Pay & Benefits:

$110,000 – $160,000 depending on experience
