Commercial Construction Superintendent

General Contractor seeking Superintendents for Commercial Renovations in North Carolina.
We offer great compensation based on experience, we have a great client track record, work is open store retail remodeling, and we seek long term interested Superintendents. This position requires weekly travel with 90% of weekends at home. We offer Insurance, PTO, Holiday Pay, with overnight per diem and Bonuses.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must possess a clean driving record and a valid driver's license
• Ability to self-perform certain activities
• Ability to supervise subcontractors, employees, vendors, and order materials as needed
• Excellent communication skills required to coordinate with company team, architects, clients, reps and inspectors
• Working knowledge of codes and the inspection process
• Ability to read and understand building plans, construction documents, and OSHA Guidelines
• Ability to maintain project scheduling
• Willingness to travel is required
