Commercial Construction Superintendent – Picklr Project

Procon Development is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to run an upcoming Picklr indoor pickleball facility project in Chesterfield, MO

We are looking for a hands-on superintendent who can take ownership of the day-to-day jobsite and keep the project moving from start through completion.

Responsibilities include:

Be onsite daily and oversee all construction activities

Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades
Maintain the construction schedule and keep trades on track
Review plans and identify field conflicts
Coordinate inspections with local building departments
Coordinate material deliveries
Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
Monitor workmanship and quality control
Provide daily progress updates and photos to our project management team
Immediately communicate schedule delays, field issues, change conditions, or subcontractor problems
Manage punch list, final inspections, and project closeout

Qualifications:

Previous commercial construction superintendent experience preferred
Commercial tenant improvement experience preferred
Ability to read architectural and construction plans
Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trades
Strong scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with inspectors and local jurisdictions
Reliable transportation

Experience with gyms, fitness facilities, recreation facilities, retail, or similar commercial tenant improvement projects is a plus.

Procon Development has completed multiple Picklr locations and this superintendent will work directly with our project management and operations team throughout construction.
