HIRING and CONTRACTING 5–6 PEOPLE AND CREWS — STEADY COMMERCIAL WORK

We are looking for dependable workers and crews to join our commercial crews for demolition, drywall, framing, and painting work.

PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE

$20–$23/hr — Helper / Entry Level
Some construction experience preferred. Willing to train dependable people who want to learn.

$24–$26/hr — Experienced Worker
Must have commercial construction experience and be able to work productively with limited supervision.

$27–$30/hr — Skilled / Lead Worker
Must be highly experienced in your trade, able to work independently, read plans when required, and help lead other workers.

EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

DEMOLITION

• Commercial interior demolition
• Removal of drywall, ceilings and flooring
• Safe use of hand and power tools
• Jobsite cleanup and debris removal
• Selective demolition

DRYWALL

• Hanging drywall
• Metal stud and drywall experience
• Taping and finishing
• Corner bead
• Patching and repairs
• Commercial interior work

FRAMING

• Commercial interior framing
• Reading prints for layouts
• Door and window layouts
• Soffits and bulkheads
• Clean & professional

PAINTING

• Commercial interior painting
• Rolling and brushing
• Spraying experience is a plus
• Prep work, sanding and caulking
• Patching and touch-ups
• Clean, professional finish

REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance
• Basic hand tools appropriate for experience level
• Ability to work safely on commercial jobsites
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a crew
• Quality workmanship
• Ability to follow instructions and meet production schedules

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS

We are currently looking to add 5–6 workers and crews.

Experienced workers who can work independently, maintain production and help lead a crew will receive top consideration for the $27–$30/hour positions.
