**COMMERCIAL DOOR / ACCESS CONTROL TECHNICIANS WANTED**

Seeking experienced independent technicians and small subcontracting companies throughout Albany, Troy, Schenectady, Colonie, Latham, Clifton Park, and surrounding Capital District communities.

We have opportunities for qualified commercial door technicians, access-control installers, low-voltage electricians, and commercial locksmiths.

**TYPES OF WORK**

• Commercial automatic and hydraulic door closer installation, repair, and adjustment
• Commercial storefront door repairs
• Electric strikes and magnetic locks
• Electronic card readers and RFID access systems
• Hotel keycard reader installation and programming
• Panic bars, exit devices, and commercial locksets
• Door hinges, alignment, latches, and related hardware
• Access-control wiring, troubleshooting, and programming
• Commercial locksmith service calls

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**

• Independent commercial locksmith technicians
• Small access-control installation companies
• Low-voltage electricians
• Commercial door repair specialists
• Experienced independent service technicians

**REQUIREMENTS**

• Proven commercial door hardware or access-control experience
• Own tools and reliable transportation
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete work independently
• Professional communication and reliable scheduling
• Appropriate insurance and licensing where required

Experience with LCN, Norton, Dormakaba, Adams Rite, Von Duprin, HES, HID, Sargent, or hotel access-control systems is a plus.

**COMPENSATION**

Independent subcontract assignments paid per job or negotiated project price.

Both individual technicians and small companies are welcome.

Potential for ongoing assignments based on experience, availability, and quality of work.
