COMMERCIAL DOOR & HARDWARE INSTALLATION FOREMAN /JOURNEYMAN/APPRENTICE

Above the Mark, LLC specializes in door and hardware installations and is looking for experienced carpenters/technicians to work and manage on high-rises, schools, hotels, and hospitals, all the way down to minor tenant improvements and remodels.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Full knowledge of plans and specifications for the Door and Hardware Trade.
• Experienced in ALL Door Hardware- Function and Installation
• Electronic/Digital skills required.
• Coordinate and attend jobsite meetings with Contractor and other\ subcontractors.
• Manage installation crews.
• Maintain paperwork and documentation.
• Problem Solving
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Pass E-Verify
• Willing to adhere to all safety requirements. The minimum requirements are a hard hat, safety vest, safety glasses, and leather work boots.
• Safely lift 70 pounds
• Produce high quality in a fast-paced production environment.

THE BASIC SKILL OF OUR TRADE:

• Timely and Western Integrated frames
• Hollow metal frames and doors
• Commercial and Residential door hardware of all types
• Residential Door & Trim experience is a plus.
• Forklift Operation
• Material management and stocking
• OSHA 10-30

PAY and BENEFITS:

• $20.00-$40.00 per hour DOE.
