Job Title: Commercial Drywall, Framing & Painting Technician

We are growing and looking to add an experienced Commercial Drywall, Framing & Painting Technician to our team immediately.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of commercial construction experience
Experience with metal stud framing
Drywall hanging and installation
Drywall taping, mudding, floating, sanding, and finishing
Texture matching and drywall repairs
Interior and exterior commercial painting
Proficient with airless paint sprayers and painting equipment
Ability to read basic drawings and follow project specifications
Produce high-quality workmanship with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently
Qualifications:

✔ Own hand tools required
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
✔ Ability to work with minimal supervision
✔ Must be detail-oriented and safety-conscious
