Description
Titan Electric is hiring an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman for commercial projects in San Antonio and surrounding areas.
PAY:
Based on experience, up to $50 per hour for the right candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead commercial electrical projects from rough-in through completion
- Direct and coordinate electricians and apprentices
- Read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and schedules
- Plan daily manpower, materials, equipment, and work activities
- Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades
- Maintain production goals while protecting quality and workmanship
- Track materials, labor progress, changes, and jobsite issues
- Enforce company and jobsite safety requirements
- Perform layout, troubleshooting, and hands-on electrical work as needed
- Proven commercial electrical foreman experience
- Strong knowledge of the NEC and commercial electrical systems
- Ability to run crews and maintain project schedules
- Experience with lighting, power, panels, feeders, branch circuits, controls, and equipment connections
- Ability to read electrical drawings and perform accurate layout
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must have the necessary hand tools for the position
- Texas electrical license preferred
