Commercial Electrical Foreman – Up to $50/Hour

Titan Electric is hiring an experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman for commercial projects in San Antonio and surrounding areas.
PAY:
Based on experience, up to $50 per hour for the right candidate.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead commercial electrical projects from rough-in through completion
• Direct and coordinate electricians and apprentices
• Read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and schedules
• Plan daily manpower, materials, equipment, and work activities
• Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades
• Maintain production goals while protecting quality and workmanship
• Track materials, labor progress, changes, and jobsite issues
• Enforce company and jobsite safety requirements
• Perform layout, troubleshooting, and hands-on electrical work as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven commercial electrical foreman experience
• Strong knowledge of the NEC and commercial electrical systems
• Ability to run crews and maintain project schedules
• Experience with lighting, power, panels, feeders, branch circuits, controls, and equipment connections
• Ability to read electrical drawings and perform accurate layout
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must have the necessary hand tools for the position
• Texas electrical license preferred
