Pay Range: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and skills.

Outsource is seeking an experienced Commercial Electrician to join our team in San Leandro, California. This role calls for a skilled professional with at least 5 years of hands-on commercial electrical experience who can work independently and as part of a crew on active job sites. This is an immediate need position, and candidates must be available for required overtime, including weekend work, to help meet project deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in commercial buildings
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostic testing to identify malfunctions
Install and connect wiring, conduit, panels, breakers, and lighting systems
Ensure all work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes
Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on job sites
Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed
Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a commercial electrician
Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
Experience with conduit bending, panel installation, and troubleshooting electrical systems
Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions
Willingness to work required overtime, including weekends, as project demands dictate
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team
Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay range of $25.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and project requirements
