Established Bay Area C-10 Contractor – 25 Years Strong

We are a 25-year-old C-10 licensed electrical contractor with a strong portfolio of commercial and retail projects across the Bay Area. We have immediate openings for experienced commercial electricians on a fast-track project starting next week. This is NOT a gig — we are building a core crew for ongoing commercial work.

WHO WE NEED

• Journeyman-level electricians with 3+ years of hands-on COMMERCIAL experience
• Lead electricians with 5+ years who can read prints, run layout, and direct a crew
• People who show up on time, work clean, and know the difference between commercial and residential

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• EMT and rigid conduit installation, wire pulls, and terminations
• Branch circuit modifications, panel work, and equipment connections
• Lighting installation, controls, and dimming systems
• Working from blueprints and electrical drawings in occupied commercial spaces
• Coordinating with GCs, inspectors, and other trades
• Maintaining a safe, professional job site (OSHA compliance required)

WHAT WE PAY

• $28–$35/hr for solid journeyman-level electricians
• $35–$45/hr for experienced electricians who can run tasks independently
• $45–$55/hr for lead engineer/foremen who can read prints, manage crews, and coordinate with GCs
• Night work at a higher rate.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

• 3+ years of COMMERCIAL electrical experience (residential-only does not qualify)
• Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record, legally authorized to work
• Reliable transportation to job sites across the Bay Area
• Your own hand tools
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to start immediately

NICE TO HAVE

• Lift certifications (boom, scissor)
• Experience with lighting controls, LED retrofits, or retail TI work
• Blueprint reading and layout experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
