Description
Stampede Power & Lighting is a new commercial electrical contractor launching in the DFW
Metroplex. We're building our first crews and looking for an apprentice who already has some
commercial experience under their belt and can contribute on the job from day one. You'll work
alongside our journeymen on real commercial projects, keep building your skills, and log hours
toward your journeyman license — with a clear path to advance as we grow.
What you'll do
- Work with journeymen to install and maintain commercial electrical systems
- Pull wire, bend conduit, mount fixtures and devices, and lay out work with limited supervision
- Read plans and follow NEC and local code on the job
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe
- Log apprenticeship hours toward your TDLR journeyman license
- Current Texas (TDLR) Electrical Apprentice registration
- At least 1–2 years of hands-on electrical experience (commercial preferred)
- Able to work productively with limited supervision on routine tasks
- Comfortable with conduit bending, wire pulling, and basic device/fixture installation
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and pass a background check
- Dependable, on time, and motivated to advance toward your journeyman license
- Pay: $18–$30/hr, based on experience and apprenticeship level
- Real commercial work and mentorship from experienced journeymen
