Commercial Electrician Needed

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Commercial Electrician/Foreman to lead electrical projects across various commercial construction sites. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, ensuring all work complies with safety standards and local electrical codes. As a Foreman, you will coordinate teams, manage project timelines, and ensure quality workmanship on every job. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise electrical crews on commercial construction sites, ensuring safety procedures and quality standards are upheld at all times.
Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and schematics to accurately install and troubleshoot electrical systems.
Install high-voltage and low-voltage wiring in accordance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and NFPA 70 compliance.
Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters to identify faults and implement effective solutions swiftly.
Manage the installation of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and industrial electrical components to support automation systems.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local electrical codes, safety procedures, and industry best practices.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment efficiently to complete tasks safely and effectively.
Read electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan installations or repairs accurately.
Perform high-voltage wiring tasks safely on renovation or new construction sites, including framing carpentry when necessary for conduit runs or fixture mounting.
Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, inspections completed, and safety compliance records.
Experience

Proven experience (preferably 5-10 years) as a commercial electrician with a strong background in industrial electrician work preferred.
Demonstrated leadership experience as a foreman overseeing electrical teams on construction sites.
Extensive knowledge of local electrical codes, NEC standards, NFPA 70 compliance, and safety procedures related to electrical work.
Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics tools such as ohmmeters; ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently.
Familiarity with installing programmable logic controllers (PLCs), high-voltage wiring, low-voltage systems, schematics reading, and blueprint interpretation.
Experience working on renovation projects as well as new construction within commercial environments.
Ability to read technical schematics accurately while managing multiple tasks in fast-paced settings.
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, power tools for framing carpentry or handyman tasks related to electrical installations.
Construction site experience with a focus on safety compliance and efficient project execution.
