Commercial Epoxy Flooring Foreman Needed – $27+/hr (Boise-Based Crew)

We are currently hiring motivated Commercial Flooring Foreman with Epoxy Experience to support projects across the region out of our Boise office operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Epoxy Experience: Prior experience with epoxy coatings, resins, or concrete prep is preferred.
• Physical Demands: Extremely physical field work requiring heavy lifting (80+ lbs), bending, kneeling, and operating heavy walk-behind machinery (such as grinders and shotblasters) in dusty and loud environments.
• Travel & Shift Flexibility: Must be available for night shifts, weekend work, and regional travel with fully compensated per diem and paid overnight accommodations.
• Safety Culture: At QuestMark, safety is our priority with zero tolerance for violations. Must be willing to adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Drug Screen: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Transportation: Must have dependable, reliable transportation to get to designated project meeting spots or shop on time daily.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Starting Pay: $27.00+ / hour (Depending on experience)
