As our workload continues to increase, we may bring on additional team members for the upcoming season to help support the demand. While some positions may begin as seasonal or project-based, strong performance and continued workload can lead to ongoing opportunities within the company.

Journeyman Installer (With Foreman Advancement Potential)

Seeking an advanced Journeyman Installer who takes pride in professional craftsmanship and reliable field execution. We are a team built on coordination, quality, and accountability. We are looking for a high-level professional who is ready to master our systems today with opertunities to transition into a future leadership role .

For the right candidate, this role offers a clear path to a Foreman position. We utilize an initial team-integration and acclimation period to ensure you are fully phased into our specific crew dynamics and project workflows. This "boots-on-the-ground" start allows you to master the shop-to-field standards before transitioning into full project oversight, quality control, and team leadership.

Core Technical Requirements:

Specialty Carpentry Mastery: Advanced skills in High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) applications, including precise scribing to uneven field conditions and managing various material grades.

Complex Assemblies: Experience with the layout and installation of commercial casework, heavy-duty reception die walls, and nurse stations.

Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret complex architectural drawings, detailed cut sections, and overhead layout dimensions to ensure "first-time" accuracy.

Architectural Hardware: Proficiency in installing and adjusting commercial-grade pulls, hinges, slides, and locking mechanisms with tight tolerances.
