Commercial flooring installer

Looking for a commercial flooring installer. Mostly resilient floors LVT, VCT, carpet tile, COVE BASE! Sometimes even broadloom
ETC... If you know how to to these things I expect you know how to prep floors, use sanders, etc. I have a small to medium crew and we do small jobs to whole buildings.. one of my main guys is leaving and need to replace ASAP.. pay is usually around 200 a day.+. could be more, could be less depending on experience.. + overtime by the day as well when needed.. must be able to pass background check because we are currently working at Mac dill AFB.
