HIRING: COMMERCIAL FURNITURE LEAD INSTALLER / FIELD SUPERVISOR – HOUSTON

Texas Furniture Installation Services (TFIS) is looking for an experienced, hands-on Lead Installer / Field Supervisor to support our commercial furniture projects.

Location: Houston, TX

Office/Warehouse: 9777 W Gulf Bank Rd, Suite 500, Houston, TX 77040
Compensation: Based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead installation crews and actively participate in furniture installation.
• Read installation plans and coordinate daily tasks.
• Install workstations, cubicles, desks, tables, and other commercial furniture.
• Communicate progress, missing items, damages, and jobsite issues to the project manager.
• Verify crew timesheets and obtain client completion sign-offs.
• Take clear project photos and submit daily updates.
• Maintain safe work practices and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous commercial furniture installation experience.
• Experience leading crews and reading installation drawings.
• Strong organization, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to use a smartphone for photos, messages, and project documentation.
• A valid driver’s license is required if assigned to drive company vehicles.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
