Commercial HVAC Apprentice/ Shop Helper

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as an HVAC Apprentice / Shop Helper. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning the commercial HVAC and refrigeration trade while assisting our technicians in the field and helping with daily tasks around the shop.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist HVAC technicians with commercial service, installation, and refrigeration jobs.
Help load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
Keep the shop, warehouse, and work areas clean and organized.
Assist with inventory, deliveries, and picking up parts as needed.
Perform general shop duties and other tasks as assigned.
Follow safety procedures and directions from technicians and management.

Qualifications:

Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.

Good work ethic and a positive attitude.
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Able to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment and materials.
Valid Texas driver's license is required
Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, and be able to read and understand written instructions, work orders, and safety information.
Automotive experience is a plus!
Previous HVAC experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person!

Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour, with the opportunity to learn and grow within the company.
