SCOPE OF WORK
- Perform HVAC and mechanical maintenance in retail and restaurant settings
- Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment cleaning
- Work independently and collaboratively across multiple sites
- Assist with troubleshooting and system repairs as needed
- Support team-based service operations
- Minimum of 6 years of experience required
- Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
- HVAC and mechanical maintenance experience in commercial environments
- Strong focus on preventative maintenance and equipment cleaning
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently in active environments
