Local HVAC Contractor who is a leader in the commercial mechanical, electric and plumbing industries is now accepting resumes for the position of Commercial HVAC Service Technician. Desired experience:
- Air cooled and/or water cooled systems up to 500 tons
- Variable refrigerant flow (VRF/VRV) systems
- Water source heat pumps and evaporative condensers
- Data center environmental equipment
- Understanding of basic HVAC controls and VFD’s
- Air handling equipment including VAV systems typically found in larger commercial systems
- Performing preventative maintenance on hydronic cooling & heating systems
- Pump and motor alignments
Requirements:
- High School or Trade School Graduate or GED
- EPA Universal license
- At least 2 years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record
