Commercial HVAC Service Technician (2+ Years Experience)

Growing Commercial HVAC Contracting Company seeking a dependable and motivated HVAC Service Technician with at least 2 years of commercial and/or residential HVAC experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while providing exceptional customer service.

*We service customers in Montgomery, Lehigh, Delaware, Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, and North Hampton counties*

Responsibilities:

-Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps, boilers, and related equipment.
-Perform preventative maintenance and identify mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration system issues.
-Install replacement parts and complete repairs safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
-Accurately document all diagnostic findings, repairs performed, equipment information, and recommended repairs in the company's service management software before closing each job.
-Complete all required service reports, time entries, and job documentation in a timely manner.
-Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and follow all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 2 years of commercial HVAC service experience.
-EPA Certification required.
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
-Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team efficiently.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to completing accurate job documentation.
-Excellent customer service and communication skills.
