Commercial HVAC Service Technician Needed

We are looking for a great addition to our already awesome team. We need one more qualified technician who can use their skills, knowledge, trouble-shooting capabilities, installation/repair expertise and more, in the commercial HVAC industry. We have a well-built and successful reputation in the community.

**NO ON CALL ROTATION**

Job Description & Requirements:

• 1-3 years service experience
• Need to have a good drivers record and a clean criminal history, must pass MVR through our insurance to be eligible
• Able to diagnose/repair/install commercial HVAC systems in new builds or Tenant Finish
• NATE Certified and EPA Certified is a plus
• Familiarity with wiring schematics and electrical
• Strong work ethic, and a ‘can-do’ attitude, and takes pride in their performance
• Good communication skills with general contractors and in-house project managers
• Able to maintain our standards of quality and follow a formal procedure for each job
• Keep a clean and professional appearance
• Having your own tools is a plus
• Must be savvy and willing to learn about new products and stay current in the industry
• Flexible schedule – may have to work early mornings, late evenings or on weekends; and all service technicians, on-call at times, but very minimal
• Must be willing to work overtime if necessary
• Must have good listening skills and able to understand and resolve issues that may arise
• Must be able to stand, bend, crawl and squat throughout the day; capable of lifting 75lbs unassisted; able to negotiate long ladders, tall accesses and high roofs
