We want a dependable, professional technician who takes pride in solving difficult problems. The right person understands how commercial HVAC systems work as a whole and can determine whether a problem is mechanical, electrical, refrigerant-related, airflow-related, or controls-related.
You should be comfortable working independently while also knowing when to collaborate with the team or manufacturer technical support. Strong communication, professional service, accurate documentation, and follow-through are essential.
This is not an entry-level HVAC position. We are looking for a technician with real commercial service and diagnostic experience who wants to continue learning and grow with a quality organization.
