COMMERCIAL / INDUSTRIAL MECHANIC

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair complex commercial mechanical infrastructure, including boilers, air handlers, cooling towers, pumps, compressors, valves, fans, electrical motors, controls, pipe fitting and industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Execute field installations of mechanical system tie-ins, component replacements, and structural retrofits on active construction, institutional, or industrial sites.
• Strictly enforce OSHA standards, including scaffolding safety, hot work permits, confined space entry, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Perform service calls and new construction installations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.
• Pass a drug test
• Pass a background check
