LuTek Shading Systems is a premier manufacturer and installer of custom architectural shading solutions. We deliver high-quality window covering systems for commercial projects throughout Colorado.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Installation Lead to help lead our growing field installation team.

This role is ideal for an experienced installer, foreman, or skilled tradesperson who enjoys hands-on work while taking ownership of projects, crews, and quality.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily installation activities on commercial job sites
Install manual and motorized window covering systems
Serve as the primary field contact for assigned projects
Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and installation teams
Perform accurate field measurements and communicate job requirements
Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions
Review project documents, drawings, and specifications
Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and craftsmanship
Support training and development of installation technicians

What We’re Looking For

Experience leading or mentoring others on commercial job sites
Strong installation or construction background
Ability to read drawings, specifications, and measurements
Excellent organization and communication skills
Ability to coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams
Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and safely work from ladders/lifts

Preferred Experience

Commercial window coverings (shades, blinds, draperies, motorized systems)
Finish carpentry or millwork
Commercial construction coordination
Motorized systems troubleshooting
Field measuring and jobsite layout
OSHA or lift certifications
Bilingual English/Spanish

Commercial projects throughout the Denver metro area and occasionally beyond
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
Occasional Friday work and overnight travel (per diem provided)
