LuTek Shading Systems is a premier manufacturer and installer of custom architectural shading solutions. We design, manufacture, and install high-quality window covering systems for commercial projects throughout Colorado.

We are looking for reliable, motivated Commercial Installation Technicians to join our growing installation team. This role is a great opportunity for someone with construction, mechanical, or hands-on trade experience who wants to build a career in a specialized industry.

We hire at multiple levels and provide a clear path for growth from Installation Technician I → Technician II → Technician III → Installation Lead.

What You’ll Do

Install commercial window covering systems including shades, blinds, draperies, and motorized products
Assist experienced installers with project setup and installation
Learn product installation methods and industry best practices
Read and follow installation instructions, drawings, and specifications
Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, lifts, and jobsite equipment safely
Maintain a clean and professional jobsite
Communicate job progress and issues with the installation team

What We’re Looking For

Reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Comfortable working with tools and hands-on tasks
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and safely work from ladders/lifts
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Valid driver’s license required
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Construction experience
Commercial installation
Finish carpentry
Electrical/low-voltage work
Cabinetry or millwork
Window coverings or shading systems

Work Environment

Commercial job sites throughout the Denver metro area and occasionally beyond
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
Occasional Friday work and overnight travel (per diem provided)
